Edgar Mitchell seemed to have a truly spiritual experience on his way to the moon. He conducted his own unauthorised ESP experiments whilst in flight and tried numerous ways, including hypnosis, to relive the sensations he felt in space. He also spent a lot of his life trying to prove the existence of extra-terrestrial life.
He was a committed ecologist citing the unique view he had of the fragile earth from space as his inspiration.

23 cuts in 22 minutes, or near enough, and assembled in a day as an accompaniment to his fabulous brand new album ''Home Time". Imbued with a decent sprinkling of demos, it has all of Darren's familiar traits, such as rural warmth, engagingly intriguing story telling, lounge room presence and an impeccable sense of melody. Mighty good. Gavin Hellyer
