Delta: As the rivers left the uplands of Carboniferous Yorkshire, the reduction in gradient and freedom from the constraints of the valleys allowed the flow to spread ad rapidly lose energy. With this loss of engery came the deposition of more course grained sediment and the creation of vast river deltas, spreading out into the Pennine sedimentary basin. Far more going on here than mere nostalgia trip. Surprisingly deep, smooth but assertive bass lines and frequencies help sets this apart from cosmetically similar sounding releases. I love cassettes but this ABSOLUTELY belongs on heavyweight vinyl.
