Such flashes are threatening the heart, son I feel safer sound with your skeleton A few last years have been welcomed Pretty mind if I touched your... They tested the nerves of your ear lobes To find out the way... My sharpness of mind .your elbows I think it's my time on your... Even if your joints have a weakness I think you might need those knees for kneeling Even if your joints have a weakness I think you might need those knees for kneeling You've got devastating bones, and I'd like to call them home I think you might need those knees for kneeling You've got devastating bones, and I'd like to call them home I think you might need those knees for kneeling I think you might need those knees for kneeling So just as we're wrestling the deeper If the forecast .it's just common sense I did a lot tears. weeping But your next .it's magnificent The way that I play on your... cage .of the savage age ...my shoulder blades Even if your joints have a weakness I think you might need those knees for kneeling Even if your joints have a weakness I think you might need those knees for kneeling You've got devastating bones, and I'd like to call them home I think you might need those knees for kneeling You've got devastating bones, and I'd like to call them home I think you might need those knees for kneeling I think you might need those knees for kneeling I've got... in your free will I've seen you're stubborn, I've seen you're stubborn You're quite adventurous if you just can't... We all still let him, we all still let him I've got zero faith in your free world I've seen you're stubborn, I've seen you're stubborn .quite a picture if you just can't... You're still learning, you're still learning... It's certainly not your... about

Taken from the band’s third long-player Canines, Shrag’s new single “Devastating Bones” is due for release on 10 September. Heralding them as one of the most exciting British bands around, “Devastating Bones” is a sordidly salacious stomper, fizzing with energy and raw emotion.

Shrag’s Bob Brown says this about the song: "I wanted to do a glam song. A proper, chant-along, fist-punching glam song. I was born in the epicentre of glam rock - Wolverhampton, so it seemed a natural thing to do.

Of course in the end it sounds like a Shrag song but that's a good thing too! And it's possibly the only pop song in history to mention the word 'Ischium'".Helen King, the band’s lyricist, describes “Devastating Bones” as; “a filthy song about lust and summer, and wanting someone with a weaker mind than oneself”
